About Gemma
I currently work at an Arts College, working with and supporting students on a daily basis. This can include anything from the basics of using a Mac and PC or delivering workshops in creative software such as Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. I also have worked as a freelance photographer for the last 6 years. I have a First Class Honours Degree in Creative Media Practice, specialising in photography, and a PGCE.

From working in a college, there are so many ways to teach a subject. The way I prefer to teach is to have hands on tasks and let you experiment, making mistakes and then I can demonstrate ways to work around these. I also like to have visual handouts for you to work alongside with.
