About Elodie
I am a flute tutor with 12 years of teaching experience, helping students from school to college discover the joy and discipline of music. Music has been a guiding force in my life, and teaching allows me to share its beauty with others.
Throughout my career, I have helped students achieve remarkable milestones, from winning competitions to performing in concerts and recitals. Each student’s progress, no matter how small, is a moment of pride and inspiration for me.
My teaching style focuses on technique, musical expression, and performance confidence. I tailor lessons to each student’s learning style, combining structured practice with creative exercises to make learning fun and effective. I encourage students to explore their creativity and enjoy their musical journey.
Seeing a student evolve from a hesitant beginner to a confident performer is the greatest reward of my work. Teaching is more than a profession—it is my passion. I am committed to nurturing talent, inspiring creativity, and instilling a lifelong love for music in every student I teach.

My flute teaching methodology combines Motivation, Communication, Integrity, and Creativity to create an inspiring learning experience.
I motivate students by recognising progress, setting goals, and encouraging regular practice. Communication is key—I maintain a supportive and interactive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions.
Integrity ensures lessons are honest, structured, and respectful, fostering discipline and trust. Creativity is central, with exercises in improvisation, composing melodies, and experimenting with musical ideas.
Along with flute, I teach music theory, rhythm, and ear training to strengthen overall musical skills. Lessons are customised for each student, balancing technical improvement with expressive exploration. My goal is to guide students to become confident, passionate, and expressive musicians who enjoy every step of learning.
