About Freya
I am a Vinyasa yoga teacher based in London. I have 200 hrs of training in Goa, India and have recently moved back to London from teaching yoga in 2 Eco spa resorts in Sri Lanka .
I am also a professional dancer, teacher and choreographer and have been teaching dance for 10 years from children through to older people.
I love integrating all of my knowledge into really creative flows, designing unique classes that work on a huge variety of goals.

My sessions are entirely created around YOU; what you want to learn and how you want to learn.
Working from your current experience I will form sessions that educate and inspire you, enabling progress in a positive environment!
Before your first session we will discuss the aim of your classes, where your body is at and I will build up a week by week for you to achieve what you are hoping for.
I practise, study and teach Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga. So the class style draws on this, also combining the many disciplines that I have experienced, drawing on different asana styles, dance, body conditioning and Pilates.
In my classes we focus on connecting our mind, body and breath in unity, working towards a balance and integration of the self. The morning asana practice strengthens and energises the body, and the evening opens and stretches, targeting the deep connective tissue and regulating the body's flow of energy. I also practice meditation, and its place in my teaching enables you to immerse themselves in the present, leaving the past and future outside of their precious practice time.

For travel further than 45 mins from my location a travel fee will be added.
I am really happy for sessions to be with multiple students, so if you can bring together a group of friends to share the cost that's fine!
