I approach teaching with a hands on approach. I believe people learn well from a "monkey see monkey do" approach but I have also got the theory in the bag if need be. I hope that when you leave with some of my knowledge and experience you will be a happy chappy.
I am a cook who has studied and went to two chef schools and have two level 2 advanced diplomas/NVQ's city and guilds certified, I am also recognised as a junior sushi chef and pastry chef among the south African chefs association. Before i studied I learnt from my Nana who has taught me the world of flavour. I am a passionate cook and have vast creative knowledge. I always twist recipes to suit the moment and cook with feeling and flair.
