About Sarah
I'm a graphic designer, illustrator, and portrait artist based in Surrey, UK. I studied Fine Art in Johannesburg, South Africa, and trained as a graphic designer before travelling the world and settling in the UK. For over 25 years, I've worked across branding, packaging, and illustration—especially in the beauty industry—creating everything from logos to print-ready artwork.
Today, I freelance for beauty clients and take commissions for pet and people portraits. Drawing and painting are my true passions, especially detailed pencil work, watercolours, and oils. I also work digitally using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Now, I’m excited to share what I’ve learned and help students grow creatively. Whether you're looking to improve your drawing, painting, or design skills—traditional or digital—I offer relaxed, supportive tuition tailored to your needs. Let’s chat and see how I can help!
