About Ashton
I've always taken a joy in sharing knowledge with others and would be happy to share that with you or your child. I have been awarded top of my class marks in both subjects and I write passionately in my own time for both leisure so I am sure that whatever it is that is causing you difficulty in those branches I will have the knowledge to help. Additionally, I consider myself to be quite patient so there is no need to be concerned if you struggle with a topic for a whole session or longer (but we will try to avoid that!).

Personalised lessons for students of any ability at GCSE level or lower in both English Language and Literature as well as lessons on Creative Writing.
Lessons take the form asked for by the student or their carer. If prior to the lesson they could email me an itinerary of topics they want to focus on (e.g. Question 5 of the English Language Exam) (e.g. How to construct a compelling setting) I will make an effort to tailor in my preparation the lesson to that, elsewise I will prepare what I can at my own discretion (for instance an explanation of the prior focuses) in a beginner friendly format for an hour long session (unless otherwise specified).
These lessons are for anyone ages eleven to sixteen (for the focus on English at school) and absolutely any age for the creative writing, however they are targeted towards beginners.
