I am a credentialed teacher in the state of California with a master's degree, and ten years of experience in the classroom. After having lived abroad many years, a second language deeply enhanced my life, and I am passionate about creating that same opportunity for others.

Research shows that while adults are just as effective at acquiring language as children, they acquire it differently. The comprehensible input approach involves providing the student with input that is slightly above their level of understanding. In other words, it focuses on providing input that is comprehensible to the student. As time evolves, so does the complexity of the input provided. I honor the symbiotic relationship between culture and language and am always infusing this into the lessons. I have been a Spanish teacher in the classroom for a decade but am here to meet the needs of any client. I look forward to connecting with you!
