About Smolbean

I am a Music Education student at California State University, Northridge (CSUN), with over 10 years of experience playing the violin. I have performed in orchestras and ensembles and have experience teaching private violin lessons. My background in music education, performance, and musicianship allows me to work with students on technique, note reading, musical expression, and confidence. I enjoy helping violinists of different ages and skill levels grow as musicians.

About the lesson

I have 12 years of experience playing violin and currently teach private violin lessons. As a Music Education student at CSUN, I have a strong background in violin performance, musicianship, and music theory. I also have experience with other instruments, including piano and Chinese zither, which gives me a well-rounded musical perspective. I strive to make every violin lesson fun, structured, and tailored to each student’s individual goals and learning style.
