About Latipha

I’m a pre-med undergraduate student who excelled in AP English Language and AP Literature. I grew up speaking Haitian Creole at home, so I understand the challenges of learning English when it's not your first language. My tutoring style is clear, patient, and supportive. I bring the same focus and professionalism to tutoring that I apply in my pre-med studies. You can count on me to be prepared, encouraging, and committed to helping you improve your English with confidence.

About the lesson

Hi! I’m Latipha, and I’d love to be your English tutor.
As someone who grew up speaking Haitian Creole at home and mastered English in school—including taking AP English Literature and AP Language—I understand the challenges of learning English when it’s not your first language. That’s why I tutor with patience, encouragement, and clear explanations that make sense.

I help students improve their grammar, writing, reading comprehension, and speaking skills—whether you’re preparing for a test, writing essays, or just want to speak more confidently. I know how hard it can feel when English doesn’t come naturally, and I’m here to make it feel easier and more doable.

Let’s work together to build your skills and confidence. Mwen la pou ede ou!
