About Ruth
I am a current teacher of mathematics at an independent secondary school in Oxfordshire and have completed an MSc in Learning and Teaching with the University of Oxford.
Before teaching I was a finance director, having studied financial mathematics at university.

My teaching method is learner focused. I believe everyone can do maths, some people just need more time and support than others. Private tutoring allows for questions to be asked and misunderstandings corrected that might have been missed in a classroom environment.
