About Roland Aeron Phipps
Hi! I’m Roland Aeron Phipps, you can call me "kuya pipoy", a fourth-year Geodetic Engineering student with a strong interest in surveying, mapping, and geospatial technology. Through my academic projects and involvement in YouthMappers, I have gained practical experience in mapping, data collection, and geospatial tools. I’m approachable, patient, and committed to helping students understand concepts clearly. I believe learning becomes easier when lessons are explained step by step and connected to real-world applications. As a tutor, my goal is not only to help students improve their skills, but also to build their confidence and make learning more enjoyable.

As a current engineering student, I use math every single day — not just in theory, but to solve real problems. That gives me a unique edge as a tutor: I don't just show you the steps, I help you understand why they work, so concepts actually stick.
My lessons are patient, clear, and tailored to how you learn best. Whether you're struggling with the basics or aiming to master advanced topics like calculus, I break everything down into simple, manageable steps and make sure you're comfortable before moving forward. No question is too small, and no topic is off-limits.
I know firsthand how frustrating math can feel when it doesn't click — and how rewarding it is once it does. My goal is to help you build real confidence, not just memorize formulas for a test.
