About Victor
I am a highly experienced badminton coach with a distinguished playing career representing England from the age of 14 through to senior and Masters level. I have competed in numerous international tournaments, including the World and European Junior Championships, and reached a world ranking inside the top 100. I am the reigning Masters National Champion, All England Masters International champion, and European Masters bronze medallist.
For the past 14 years I have coached at university level, working with UCL, UCL Medics, KCL and LSE, with UCL and UCL Medics being my long-standing roles. During that time, teams have won promotions and top league titles, and individual students have achieved their best ever BUCS results for their university.
I have also coached England junior players who went on to win international tournaments, as well as club players who progressed into county first team squads.

I have a strong focus on technical foundations, footwork, shot selection and tactical awareness. I make it a point to discuss the needs and goals of an individual before commencing a session, and believe in clear, honest feedback and setting measurable goals with a clear path for progression.
Lessons are typically one to two hours and can be one-to-one or in small groups.
I am an England International with over 14 years of coaching experience. I have coached England juniors who have gone on to win international tournaments, helped club players break into county first teams, and coached university teams at UCL, UCL Medics, KCL and LSE — with teams winning their respective leagues, earning promotions and students achieving historic BUCS results.
Sessions are open to all ages and abilities, from complete beginners to competitive players with county or national ambitions.
