About Rajiv
I am a third-year Physics student at Imperial College London. I enjoy playing sports, I play table tennis for my university team as well as playing basketball casually.
I really do appreciate when a student comes to me asking for something they have been struggling with, perhaps a concept in class. I enjoy breaking it down and building it up from first principles. I also enjoy giving real-life applications to what is being taught as I believe it is important for students to have a greater appreciation of what they are learning in school.

As a student, who struggled myself, I fully understand how frustrating it is not to understand what a teacher is explaining in class and how to apply it. My techniques incorporate breaking down a subject so the student can fully understand what is going on and most importantly apply it to exams. I have experience as a teaching assistant working with GCSE Maths students at my old high school. My methods normally include a lot of past paper practice and I will be supplying the students with a small homework piece every lesson. The typical length of a class will be one hour. My lessons are for GCSE Maths, A level Maths as well as A level Physics.
