About Kate
I have been doing distance running since a very young age, I have been lucky enough to have worked with some great coaches myself. So I believe having done so I have been able to learn from the best with different views. Being an athlete myself I think that has given me the tools I need to better understand what someone may need to get the best out of themselves.
