About Josh
I have been coaching for a number of years now since the age of 17. In November 2015 I set up my own football coaching company in the Kent area called Football Futures. My sole aim behind setting up Football Futures was to give all players the best platform in football to improve and reach the professional game. My experience and vast knowledge in the football industry through being at some of the biggest professional clubs throughout my childhood gave me an insight into the professional game and the level required you needed to be to reach the very top. Football Futures strive themselves on a professional set up giving the players the very best and high intense training each week.
Football Futures offer a number of services working with over 200 players on a weekly basis. We have had currently 5 players signed with professional clubs in the past year through my contacts in the football industry. I believe if you are good enough you deserve any opportunity given to you but it is down to the player how they take this opportunity. I will always go the extra mile for my players if they show willing, desire to improve and a great attitude to the game and give them the opportunities they deserve.
At present I also do a scouting role for professional club Gillingham FC from U7 - U18. I am always on the look at for potential talent I can push through to Gillingham FC. This is also a great opportunity for my players I coach on a weekly basis.

My name is Joshua Algar, I am 22 years old. Currently a semi professional footballer, I run my own football coaching company called Football Futures in the Kent area providing a professional football coaching service to all ages (4-21 years old) giving all players the perfect platform and guidance to reach the next level.
My sessions are always designed around the players areas for improvement to ensure this player is honing each vital aspect of their game ensuring they are becoming the complete all round player. We will focus on each weakness aspect of the player's game and master each aspect to give that player the best possible chance of reaching the next level of their football. With my attention to detail and experience in the football industry I ensure the players will improve under my guidance.
My professionalism to the game and my job is one of my biggest strengths, every session and every detail I do is done to a very high standard, I always strive to get the best out of my student and to push them to beyond their limits to achieve the goal they set out to do. My vast experience and knowledge in the football game through being with some of the biggest professional clubs in the country throughout my playing childhood has stood me in good stead to guide and pass on to my current players/clients as I have been coached by some of the best coaches in the country. I am lucky enough to work with so many young footballers on a weekly basis who are all striving to achieve their childhood dreams of becoming a professional footballer, I have had currently 5 players signed with professional football clubs in the past year.
My philosophy for each player is they need to be technically good (I.e first touch, ball control, passing range, vision, half turn). To reach the highest level in football you have to be a very strong footballer on the technical side, I believe you need all these attributes on the technical side to compete at the very highest level. The modern day game now is so fast paced and technical that you need to have these installed into your game from a very early age. With all my clients I ensure they focus a lot on the technical side of their game with SAQ movements involved in the drills as to be a top player in the modern game you need to be thinking ahead of your opponent and doing things at a high level when on the pitch.

Details
1-1 Sessions are £25 per hour.
Group sessions are £12.50 per player for the hour. This can either be in a 2-1, 3-1, 4-1, 5-1. Group sessions are very popular as some players like working with a friend or two so they can push each other during the session and also creates healthy competition.
Online Coaching - £20 per hour
Match Analysis - £45 per match (£10 travel fee) Match analysis is the perfect way for me to give your child a full report and analysis on their performance in their match. I will outline their strengths and weakness during the match and their areas for improvement going forward. I watch for 60 minutes during the match as during this time this is enough for me to watch to gain all the information I need.
