About Hannah
I love singing. It is such an important part of life, it provides joy, endorphins and uses every part of the brain. It has been scientifically proven to improve academic work, and it just is so much fun. I have decided to pursue singing with a view to be a professional opera singer, but I adore teaching and want to instil my love for music onto others. I can teach classically, and no matter what style, will ensure good healthy technique is priorities. However, I am more than happy to teach MT.

I believe in a holistic approach to singing, giving a firm understanding of the whole body experience of singing.
Depending on the age of the student, I think 45mins-1hour is the best time for lessons. This enables time to warm up and do exercises as well as doing repertoire work.
I have a first class honours degree in Music from Durham University and am currently in my second year of the masters in classical singing at Guildhall School of Music and Drama.
I can teach any age, from beginner, happy to prepare for graded assessments or for personal development
