About Carissa
I am currently attending school at Utah Valley University. I’m majoring in Spanish. I’ve taught English to Spanish speakers in Argentina, I was a translator for a touristic group in Cuba, and want to continue to share the love with others! Spanish was hard for me at first, but now I love it!

My teaching methods and approach depend on what the individual learner needs at that time. I adjust my plans according to their needs and work from there. I take the time to notice things that they might be struggling with and take time to go over the concept. I also believe in positive reinforcement to build confidence.
