My teaching method is a strengths-based approach. I build on current knowledge and capitalise on that existing knowledge to address any gaps that me and my student identify. Specifically, with nursing studies, I aim to teach using ‘first principles’ and I always adjust my teaching methods in partnership and collaboration as to works best for my students.
