About Kendra
I am a current University of Arkansas Student working to become a K-12 Health and PE educator. I have worked in a elementary school for 2 years being a special education para-professional and before that I had subbed in schools K-12 for 4 years.
I have played volleyball from 2010-2014 in my high school and even after in my college recreational. Also I have over the years volunteered with local kids to learn the sport and with the local schools of camps, and went with the coach to the Springdale recreational gym to help students.
Softball is still new but I have assisted with the local school helping with learning techniques and simple batting practices.

For volleyball lessons it can range from doing techniques and learning tricks and things to help with advantages.
-switch plays, tipping, strength serves/spot serves, rolling defense, rotations or just learning the sport. Softball would be just helping with the stance of throwing/catching/batting.
For elementary education it does depend on what is needed. The subject area of speech, math, science, language/reading. My lessons with those start as what do they know, what they want to know and what they need to know. And in each stage how can we push to the next level of knowledge to help for the next grade they are entering.
