About Maisie
Hi! My name is Maisie, and I’m someone who is friendly, patient and understanding. I want to become a tutor because I enjoy helping others learn, improve their confidence and achieve their goals. I’m good at explaining things in a simple way and I’m happy to go over something more than once if it doesn’t make sense. I’ll always try to make lessons enjoyable and comfortable, and I’ll support you without making you feel pressured or embarrassed to ask questions. My aim is to help you feel more confident in yourself and your abilities!

I am a very supportive and approachable person, my main goal is to help your child do the best they possibly can. I love teaching and provide encouragement whilst also giving helpful and productive feedback. I am patient, understanding and always willing to listen. I would make sure the person I am helping feels comfortable asking questions and never feel embarrassed if they don’t understand something straight away. I would encourage them, explain things in different ways when needed, and celebrate their progress to help build their confidence. I would also be reliable, approachable and willing to adapt my support to suit their individual needs.
