About Sophia
I want to teach as I find it extremely rewarding and it allows me to make a difference in each pupil's academic ability. I also love to see people gain confidence in a subject they may initially struggle with. My goal is to share my passion for English and show students, with guidance, that even the trickiest topics can be mastered.

I offer structured one-to-one English lessons tailored to each student's pace. I tutor primary school level all the way up to A-level standards. In a typical session, we review challenging school topics, work through targeted practice questions, and build exam-ready confidence. Whether your child needs help catching up or pushing for top grades, I adapt my teaching style to how they learn best. I achieved a grade 8 in English at GCSE level and a grade A in English Literature at A-Level.
