About Tshiamo
Was diagnosed with bipolar and depression when i was 19. But in all honesty i have been depressed long before then. That is why i started coaching young individuals on social media platforma about life, depression and mental health. I am currently studying a short course online about clinical psychology, because even though i know how to tackle most situations in life through passed expiriences, some situations require academic thinking too.

My teaching method ia story telling. I base my classes on things that actually happened in my life and how i managed to tackle them. This might not work for everyone but i believe that once a person gets to see their lives from a different eye they get a clearer view on how they can better live their lives
