About Mariya
Hello! I am currently pursuing my PhD in chemistry at a top-ranked university in Japan. I have previous experience tutoring Class 10 Science and Class 11–12 Chemistry students in India. My passion for teaching comes from helping students understand concepts clearly and develop confidence in their studies.
I believe that every student can excel when concepts are explained in a simple and engaging way. I focus on building a strong conceptual foundation rather than rote memorization. I explain topics step-by-step using simple examples and encourage students to ask questions freely. I also provide practice problems, exam-oriented tips, and regular assessments to track progress.
A typical class begins with a brief review of previous concepts, followed by a detailed explanation of the new topic. We then work through example problems together, and the session concludes with practice questions and discussion of doubts. Homework and revision materials can be provided when needed.
As a PhD researcher in chemistry at a top-ranked university in Japan, I bring both strong subject knowledge and research experience to my teaching. I aim to make complex scientific concepts easy to understand and relate them to real-world applications. I am patient, approachable, and adapt my teaching style to each student's learning pace.
My classes are primarily intended for Class 10 Science students and Class 11–12 State Board Chemistry students who wish to strengthen their conceptual understanding, improve problem-solving skills, and prepare effectively for examinations.
