About Elizabeth
my name is Elizabeth, Im here to bring a fun and enjoyable experience, whilst creating a safe space in order to help my students learn a new technique and stay healthy. I aspire to help all my students whether its wanting to introduce a new form of exercise or a newfound interest in dance I will do everything I can to help my student gain the best experience.

My aim for my lessons are to be enjoyable and interesting whilst helping people step out of their comfort zone, I am an advocate for creating a safe space for any student, I want my lessons to be enjoyable whilst still learning a new technique and staying healthy. A typical length of lesson is 45 minutes. I have received all my dance qualifications from IDTA so I am able to teach I also have taught in dance schools part time for the past six years whilst still training currently to receive my BA Hons in dance and choreography. my lessons can be tailored for any age, beginner-intermediate level.
