About Lewis
I am currently a university student doing sports coaching and development and looking to develop my experiences into coaching. I currently coach voluntarily with a company called hat-rick which involves coaching sports such as football and basketball. In my spare time i coach ju jitsu and boxing to help people channel there energy.

My teaching methods are stick to the basics and never over complicate things. if the participant doesn't understand your instructions, you explain it in a different way to make yourself a better teacher. To make sure that i was a better teacher i did a level 2 counselling course to understand certain peoples situation
