About Nalika
I teach dance to all age groups. Dance and Fitness are two huge passions of mine. Combining the two encourage workouts and make them so much more fun! Cardio and muscle building, plus weight loss techniques can be used.
I have been teaching clients that are high profile and clients that have been training with me for years. I also train new clients weekly which I absolutely love.
I have been teaching classes for over 9 years.

Dance is most definitely the most fun way to work out & build confidence to feel super sexy! Not only are you getting fit but you’re throwing in the latest moves! I always make my classes fun and inspiring to each individual. The movements are focused on building the glutes, legs and abs. Body Sculpting made fun!
I also teach Dance Classes for adults and children. You will learn simple choreography to great music and learn skills to feel confident when dancing.
