About Mia
my name is mia, iam currently a university student at RMIT, so iam melbourne based. i have danced since a young age and tried many styles from ballet to contemporary, however hip hop was always my favourite. i have been in many hip hop teams all through high school and currently in RMIT competive dance team. I am confident in my dance abilities and ability to teach as i have won multiple state competitions with with team as well as having experience in tutoring.

face to face or online is both okay. the first few lessons, i will teach them routines i designed but slowly we move to them incorporating their own ideas into routines and then ultimately be able to design their own choreographys in order to discover their own style and creativity.
students will be able to choose songs they want to dance to or design to and we will work on it together once they become more comfortable as a dancer.

Mia is really smart and chill and she has like alot of presentations and teaching materials I can use when I study, shes really nice too, and she always checks in during the week if i have any troubles with topics at school and if i dont know how to do my homework she helps me in our class if i ask. Shes just really nice and helpful 10/10!

Wonderful and polite tutor, very soft spoken and professional. My daughter is very shy and was struggling to ask her teacher for help in class, but felt very comfortable asking Mia. She clearly helped explain tough concepts like percentage conversions and helped my daughter achieve well above average for her NAPLAN. Will be having her as a long term tutor for my daughter!
