About Liwa
I’m Liwa. I am currently a university student studying a BSc in Biomedicine which means I work with math and quantitative data all the time.
Having gone through the IEB school curriculum not so long ago, I know exactly how the stress of the workload can be. I remember what it’s like to sit in a classroom where the teacher goes too fast, and my goal is to provide the patient guidance I wish I had.
Whether you are struggling to pass, want a push into the distinction bracket or just need someone to keep you accountable and organized, I’m here to help you hit your goals.

Math doesn’t have to be intimidating. It’s all about breaking down big, scary problems into smaller bits and logical steps.
My teaching approach is interactive and is tailored to each student's learning style.
We start by identifying gaps in their foundation to ensure that they are not just memorizing steps. I don’t just lecture I also work through the problems together, step by step until you feel confident tackling the problem by yourself.
To prep for tests and exams we go through past papers because the only way you can ace math is by practicing it. Past papers will help with time management and understanding what the examiners look for.
Mistakes are just data points. My goal is to help you go into that test or exam venue with full confidence and less anxiety.
