Hi, my name is Jill Evans and I have been teaching English for a number of years to a wide range of age groups. I feel that for anyone to learn and absorb information, the lessons need to be interesting and fun.
I have a very outgoing personality and teach in a relaxed but engaging style. I will always check throughout the lesson that the student has understood what I have taught and openly encourage the student to question me to ensure that they get the best possible tuition.
I have been teaching for several years to groups ranging in size from forty, to one to one, individual tuition in English. My students have always achieved excellent results in their exams and have enjoyed my style of teaching. I always assess my student's individual needs and plan their tuition around this. Identifying their learning style is also very important to enable them to get the most out of the lesson.
Through my previous jobs, I have gained a great deal of experience in training adults and young people on a variety of different NVQ courses. I have good managerial skills and am a good team player with a very professional approach to any role I undertake. I enjoy taking on new challenges and do this with enthusiasm and commitment. I have an outgoing personality and consider myself to be conscientious, giving any task 100%.
