About Charlotte
I am a dedicated French instructor with more than 2 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in French with a concentration in European Cinema. My teaching emphasises immersion and conversation rather than rote memorisation. You learn by using the language.
Many lessons revolve around culinary situations you would encounter in France. We practise vocabulary for ingredients, cooking techniques, and kitchen conversations. I also help you confidently navigate restaurant etiquette and social dining expressions.
I love introducing students to regional cuisine and traditional dining customs. We even discuss wine pairings and how French speakers talk about flavour and presentation. Culture and language grow together.
