About Akshaya
I’m a grammar school student currently studying A levels in Biology, Chemistry and Psychology. I want to teach because I genuinely enjoy helping others understand topics they once found difficult. Having recently gone through GCSEs myself, I know how stressful they can feel and what actually helps. I want to support students by explaining things clearly, building their confidence, and showing them that they can succeed with the right guidance and practice.

My lessons are structured, engaging and tailored to each student’s needs. We begin by identifying areas of weakness and setting clear goals. I explain topics step-by-step, using simple language and examples to make difficult concepts easier to understand. Lessons follow the GCSE specification and include exam-style questions, active recall, and guided practice.
As a grammar school student currently studying A levels in Biology, Chemistry and Psychology, I have a strong understanding of exam techniques and how to revise effectively. I focus on building confidence, improving exam performance, and helping students develop independent learning skills through regular feedback and targeted practice.
