About Berta
Hi, I'm Berta, nice to meet you!
I'm from a town near Barcelona, in Spain. I'm 24 years old, I've finished my studies (a Degree in Biology and a Masters in Science Teaching, both in the University of Barcelona) and now I'm living in Liverpool because I want to improve my English. My native languages are both Catalan and Spanish.
I am a cheerful person, I think I'm nice and I like chatting with others and learn about them. I love listenning to music and I play the drums in a percussion group.
I have been tutoring since I was 15, first to kids who were in primary school and last years to teenagers who where in the Secondary School and High School. I love Science, and this is why I studied Biology in the University. After that, I realised that my other passion was teaching, so I did a Masters in Science Teaching, in order to be a Science Teacher in a Secondary School or High School. I love teaching and tutoring, and the students I've taught are really happy with me. I try to use methods which are more attractive than the traditional ones, in order to make it easy to learn. As my native languages are both Spanish and Catalan, I can also teach them to English speakers.
I hope you think I'm a perfect candidate for the job.
Best regards,
Berta
