I base my approach on the concepts of conceptual and variable teaching approach. Explaining the concept and it's practical dimensions rather than helping them mug up. Being a practical and conceptual learner myself I understand the need for students to be taught in this methodology, I further vary my methodology according to the students' capacity and need rather than employing a single method to everyone, since everyone is unique with individual capacity and capabilities.
