I am an artist by nature, by schooling, and by profession. Art can take many forms. I have gone to a top design school in New York and then countless hours of doing art for work and for pleasure. I love to draw.

Drawing skills will be introduced and developed, but before this, a very important skill will be introduced and developed that will empower the art, and that is the power of observing.
Depending on the level of the student, an object or objects of suitable complexity will be proposed for drawing. We will take some time observing this object and then speak about what we see.
We will begin by making some light rough sketches. We will refine these sketches as we go.
I will take time to discuss things that can be useful to developing the student's ability, and the student can of course ask anything that comes to mind with regard to drawing.
These classes are for anyone that feels good with my teaching style.
