About Leon
I am a passionate and patient violin tutor with 10+ years of teaching experience and a strong record of teaching around 300 students. I work with high school students, college learners, and adults who want to learn violin or improve their skills. My teaching philosophy is simple: every student learns differently, so lessons should be flexible, clear, and supportive.
I focus on building a strong foundation by teaching correct posture, finger placement, and bow movement. I also help students understand rhythm and develop a good sense of timing. My lessons include a mix of exercises, scales, and songs to keep learning interesting. One of my notable achievements is helping students gain confidence in their playing and perform in front of others. I also help students develop regular practice habits that lead to steady improvement. My goal is to make learning violin enjoyable while helping students achieve their personal goals.

I also teach supporting subjects like music theory, rhythm exercises, ear training, sight-reading, and basic piano skills to develop overall musical knowledge. My aim is to create an inspiring and encouraging environment where students build confidence, enjoy steady progress, and cultivate a lifelong love for music.
