About Bede
My name is Bede. I am a lecturer in the Department of Physics, Federal University of Technology Owerri, Nigeria. I have BSc., MSc. and PhD in physics. I have taught physics to students at all levels (Middle and High School, College and University). I use live applications that are familiar to students, drawings and demonstrations that are easy to understand to explain the different concepts and theories in physics. I believe that every student can understand and enjoy physics. However, the challenge is on how the concepts are explained. My lessons will employ a student centred approach under a friendly interactive learning environment. A typical lesson will involve a detailed explanation of basic concepts that will aid understanding of the topic of the day. The concepts will be used to explain the subject. The next stage will be the application of the concepts and understanding of the subject to solving physical and real life problems.
My years of experience in teaching physics have given me understanding on how to pass the knowledge to students using live applications they are familiar with. I will be willing to handle students from middle school to College.
