About Kiran
I have a flexible approach to learning and work in a collaborative style to help you reach your academic goals. The content I studied at Masters level included social psychology, biological psychology, developmental psychology, individual differences and personality, cognitive psychology, research methods (qualitative and quantitative), historical concepts and planning an effective research project, academic writing, literature searching and critical thinking skills. The PhD is focusing on well-being and personality. I am also training to be a therapist so I can eventually apply my psychological academic and research skills to support individuals with daily challenges such as anxiety, stress, worry and provide them tools to manage themselves. I am also a qualified Mental Health First Aider with The Mental Health Foundation. I can also help you project manage and plan your studies to reach your academic goals.

Hello prospective students! My approach to your learning is based on you, your learning style and your subject outcomes/goals. Each lesson will be prepared in advance and the session will be interactive and I will check your understanding as we progress. Each lesson time will be 60 min based on your needs and I can teach students studying for GCSEs, A/AS Level, undergraduates and masters. Lessons can be weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or ad hoc. My qualifications: Natural Sciences BSc, Health & Disease MSc, Marketing Communications MA, Psychological Sciences MSc, currently doing a PhD in Psychology and teacher training with the International Higher Education Teaching and Learning Association (HETL).
