I focus on scales and arpeggios, double stops, orchestral playing, spiccato and staccato bowing, bowing technique, intonation, shifting positions, tuning by ear, and classical repertoire. Many learners find that building these fundamentals provides the freedom to play with true artistry.

I use the rigorous training from my Bachelor of Music to ensure your posture remains fluid and natural. We tackle bowing technique and intonation through specific exercises. I provide free bowing and posture reference notes after each lesson to keep your progress steady. This approach builds solid mechanics while keeping the joy of playing at the core of our work."
