About Zainab irshad
I have never agreed with the conventional schooling systems and their curriculum. They are made to produce perfectly obedient and compliant factory workers who are dead inside. I would know how that product turns out, I've seen the type way too closely, they never even realise that their brain does not work on its own, that it has stopped learning, they become machines with someone else's ideas instilled in them. So I want to teach in a way that my students can actually learn and they fall in love with learning so much that they never stop.

I believe every student has an individual learning style and more importantly they can learn by teaching you more than they can learn from being taught. According to child psychologists, kids have research-based learning so if we can direct their attention slightly to the right things and then just aid their curiosity, voila! You've got experts!
