About Kunal
Hi, I'm Kunal, and I’m here to help you discover your own voice in music. I've spent years learning, playing, teaching, and yes—struggling—with music. I know what it feels like to be inspired one moment and totally stuck the next. But I also know what it feels like to break through—to finally *get* something, to play something you thought you never could, or to create something that feels 100% yours. **That’s why I teach.** Not just to pass on what I know, but to guide you through the parts that most people don’t talk about—the confusion, the boredom, the fear of sounding bad—and show you that *every* musician goes through it. Hey there—
I know you've probably heard all the usual lines: “Practice makes perfect,” “Play your scales,” or “Follow the book.” But let me tell you right now—my method is different.
Why? Because it starts with you.
Instead of forcing you into a rigid, traditional method that may not match your goals or learning style, I build our lessons around your curiosity, your taste, and your pace. If you’re into film scores, we’ll work on that. If you want to write your own songs, we’ll build your skills toward that goal. If theory has confused you in the past, I’ll show you how it’s actually a map—not a maze.
