My teaching methodology is catering each approach to learning for each student, find out out what kind of learner they are and what the most effective methods are. I create learning material for all types of learners and all abilities, with experience in all (including SEN).
I am a theatre creator and reviewer, spending most of my time teaching children of all ages. I specialise in teaching in the arts however this is extended to English literature, language and teaching English as a foreign language. I love to educate!
Work Experience
FRONT OF HOUSE PERFORMANCE TEAM MEMBER
The Savoy Theatre
ATG productions
October 2018 – March 2020
I worked for the front of house department at the acclaimed, central London theatre – The Savoy. My role can range from leading a team on a very busy theatre bar, helping patrons into a building, selling ice creams and programmes, supervising ticket sales, taking care of VIP guests in our ambassador’s lounge, and much more. I love the buzz and magic the theatre has to offer in all of its areas and roles and try my best every day to make each customers experience as successful and enjoyable as it can be.
CONTENT WRITER
A Younger Theatre
September 2019 – March 2020
I am a reviewer and writer for A Younger Theatre, a charity-run organisation that I write theatre, television and pop culture reviews for. I enjoy it immensely and having the chance to publish my written work professionally is brilliant. It has also enhanced my copywriting, shorthand, and PR skills as it has involved extensive editing of professional writing, as well as engaging in many press-related events.
IT ASSISTANT
Queen Mary University of London
July 2020 – October 2020
I most recently worked as an IT assistant at the Russell Group university, Queen Mary, in which I was responsible for resolving all any computer or software related problem faculty members may have throughout the university. My main responsibilities revolved around admission administration, accounts and passwords, registering staff and configuring Wi-Fi.
CLASSROOM ASSISTANT
05/15-09/16
Milestone Academy
Working at this specialised SEN school in Kent, I experienced the full spectrum of the reality and joy of working in a special requirement student school, with my role being a classroom and teaching assistant to a variety of year groups. The differences between the children meant that I was able to engage with countless learning practices, and find out the ways in which each child responded to these in different circumstances. The main ages I worked with were KS1/2, and I was able to get an insight into the early learning that children in this environment may receive, and how this may differ from standard state education. It was the most challenging but rewarding role I have taken, and it has assured me of my desire to work with similar children again in the future.
PERFORMANCE TEAM MEMBER/FLOOR MANAGER
Genesis Cinema
05/2020 – 09/2020
I was lucky enough to work at the acclaimed, independent Genesis cinema in East London. The role included hospitality, front of house, shift management, COVID precaution control and retail elements.
BARTENDER
New Ash Green Pavilion
Summer 2018
At my local rugby club in Kent I annually worked as bar and function staff team member. I am an experienced bar worker from pubs and bars so spend a lot of my time managing one of the two bars on my own. This is my favourite type of work as I love getting to know customers and getting more and more skilled in an area of work I thoroughly enjoy. I am responsible for opening and closing the building on occasions, setting up and closing down the bar, cashing up and providing excellent and swift service for up to 12 hours at a time.
BAR AND FRONT OF HOUSE STAFF
Wilton’s Music Hall
April 2018 – January 2019
DRAMA AND ARTS FACILITATOR
Walk Talk Performing Arts Registered Charity No.109146
May 2015 – September 2017
In this role I worked as a facilitator / youth leader with the junior academy at the charity, ‘Walk Tall’ based in Maidstone. This organisation aims to bring the drama and the arts into the lives of less advantaged/abled children outside of an educational context. I acted as an arts leader, with my main role revolving around teaching the children singing, dancing and acting, all leading towards an end of term performance. This role was exceptionally rewarding, and the bonds I made with the children will stay with me forever. The charity is based within a therapeutic practice context, so I was able to learn and execute new methods of working with children in the arts that would serve as a form of emotional relief as well as extra-curricular fun.
NANNY / CHILD CARER
KORU KIDS
As you can see from my resume, I have spent a lot of my working life with children, and believe it is an area I am naturally skilled in due to my maternal nature. I work with a nannying agency in which I am employed by multiple families to take care of their children, whether this be after school, while their parents are at work all day or just weekends. I have also done a large amount of non-agency babysitting for neighbours and family, all of which I enjoy deeply and have gained a lot of skills from and a sense of extreme responsibility that I never take lightly.

- Sales Advisor - guiding both children and adults through their entire Build-a-Bear experience, explaining the various product options and assisting them with their purchase choices. Suggesting options for up sales.
- Bear Builder – Creating the chosen gift bear, using specialist equipment, whilst keeping the customer (usually a young child), involved and engaged during each part of the bear making.
- Party Co-ordinator – Greeting guests, organising fun and stimulating games for the party children, concluding with creating a bear of choice for each child.
- Operations & Stock - I helped with deliveries and operations and the replenishing of stock displayed within the store.

Estelle has helped my 5yo come a long way with his reading, writing and spelling. She is very patient and gives plenty of positive reinforcement so the student does not feel like giving up. Very glad we found her, would definitely recommend.
Estelle has been supporting my son with his English 11+ exam. She has a very friendly, approachable and professional manner and was very patient with my son. She is very reliable, communication with her was easy and swift, she listened to any feedback given and acted upon it. Her resources were appropriate for the content taught. I would recommend Estelle to anyone who needs support for their child's school work or exam preparation.
Estelle is brilliant at creating teaching methods that are adaptable across students and topics. Such good value for money as there are valuable lessons in all of her teaching!
Estelle got my two boys through their GCSEs in over ten subjects, moving them up 3 grades in English maths and science. She is professional and personal and I highly recommend her for all ages
