About Amy
I have a portfolio of artwork, I don't share this publicly. I do pen, pencil, gel pens and the occasional beverage as a medium (for instance; wine, coffee, tea). I have been giving lessons, not professionally, to some of the kids I baby sit back in Singapore. I think what the tutees will come out of this is definitely a new skill or an improvement on what they have learnt.

Depending on what is needed to be focus on in the lessons, I tend to work with myself doing an example and seeing what the tutee does and I critique and make them do it again, same as before I critique and the process goes forth until I think it is appropriate for them to draw a completely new subject. I also heavily enforce for the tutee to come up with their own honest feedback of how they feel about what they've done in the lesson and such.
I am quite forgiving but firm in what and how I teach. I think everyone makes mistakes and if you end up doing it, you need to understand and know what went wrong and how to curve away from that mistake.
