About Catherine
I recently graduated from Durham University with First Class Honours in Law.
Having worked with more than 75 students and completed over 700 hours of 1:1 tuition, I have lots of experience and can effectively adapt each session to the individual student.
I want to show you that law isn't as hard as it seems - or as hard as your lecturers like to make it seem! There are simple tactics that you can easily use in order to do very well in your degree.

I can teach either at your home or via Zoom.
A TYPICAL SESSION
Most tutees come to our sessions with a problem question or essay question from a past paper. We will then work through the question together and come up with an essay plan.
However, the structure of our sessions is entirely up to you. If you'd prefer to go through your previous assessments and analyse how you can improve, we can do that. Alternatively, we can spend time working through the material of your modules. For example, we could spend a session going through the principles of negligence in Tort Law. I can usually accommodate most people's requests, so feel free to get in touch if you have anything in particular that you would like to cover in a session!
