About Francesca
I am a second-year undergraduate student studying English Literature and History (BA Hons) at Durham University! I am passionate about the humanities as a valuable field of learning and I hope to enrich my students with the confidence to tackle GCSE and A level examinations with the aim of achieving highly competitive grades which will prepare them for ongoing study.

I help students to build essential confidence with essay writing skills in humanities-based subjects, specifically targeted at GCSE and A level exam board specifications for grades 8-9/A-A*.
I am qualified with grades 9 in English Literature and History GCSE, grades A*A*A in English Literature, History and Classical Civilisation at A level. I am also an undergraduate student at Durham University studying (BA Hons) English Literature and History, with recent and relevant experience of the education system.
Lessons are typically a minimum of 30 minutes to a maximum of 90 minutes per session (up to three sessions per week), depending on the need of the student. Lessons are hosted online via Zoom and are conducted in a friendly, informal manner!
I also offer essay proofreading, personalised feedback and skills development assignments which can be completed outside of scheduled lesson times (can be arranged on a 1:1 basis)
