About Rue
With 8 years of experience teaching ESL to high school and college learners, I bring a personalized, supportive, and result-oriented approach to language education. I believe that every student deserves a learning experience that fits their pace, interests, and goals. That’s why each of my lessons is carefully crafted to meet individual needs—whether a student is preparing for exams, building speaking confidence, or improving academic writing.
My teaching style is based on interactive learning and real-world application. I incorporate conversations, reading exercises, writing practice, grammar activities, and guided feedback to strengthen both fluency and accuracy. My teaching methodology for ESL is built around the principles of Compassion, Integrity, and Adaptability. I believe compassion is the foundation of successful language learning because it encourages trust and reduces the anxiety many students feel when speaking in a new language. I approach each student with patience, encouragement, and a deep understanding of their challenges. This helps learners overcome hesitation and express themselves comfortably.

Each session is planned with a specific goal in mind—whether improving grammar accuracy, expanding vocabulary, enhancing conversation skills, or building confidence. Adaptability plays a major role in tailoring lessons to each individual’s needs. I adjust my teaching style to support visual, auditory, and interactive learners.
