Methodology

I have a number of different approaches to teaching as I have found that you need to be able to adapt to every student.

My strength is observing and working out where specifically a student is getting stuck with a concept and then finding a way to come at the ha the issue from a different angle. A further strength of mine is my ability to make complex concepts understandable and accessible - if you can't explain something simply then you don't know it well enough!
