About Evelin
I am currently in my final year as an undergraduate at Durham University studying Economics. I took my Higher Levels in Hungary but I tutored many GCSE and A-level students, therefore I know the syllabus. Having been an online tutor before, I completed over 200 online lessons with numerous students, including regulars and those who just needed a boost in a subject or personal statement writing. I know how hard it can be to keep up with all the work or prepare for exams on your own. So why do it alone? I am here to help you, organise the workload, assign the material and prepare you to achieve whatever you want.

I mostly teach A-level Economics and GCSE Maths (AQA, Edexcel or OCR) but I've also had university students in their first year who wanted to make sure they get all the concepts and seminar questions right. I usually structure my lessons individually to fit my students' needs. I am always prepared with relevant tasks and a plan of what to cover if my student does not have any other intent to study a different topic or exercises to go through (for example homework). My sessions are interactive and I expect you to take notes and do the tasks with me. We are a team, I am a student as well, so do not be afraid to ask questions or answer incorrectly because that is how you learn. I am not your everyday teacher, I will be easy-going and friendly so if there is anything you do not understand 100%, ask me. I guarantee that I will explain it again and again, always from another perspective, until you learn it.

I teach GCSE and A-level at £20/ hour and university level at £25/ hour. I am also able to travel for lessons of at least 1.5 hours for an additional £10. Get in touch to inquire about group lessons.
