About Jaachak
My name is Jaachak Gill, and I am currently working towards my Bachelor’s in Education with the goal of becoming a certified K–6 teacher. I am passionate about helping young learners build a strong academic foundation while developing confidence and a genuine love for learning. With a focus on personalized, one-on-one instruction, I adapt each lesson to suit the student’s unique needs, learning style, and pace. A typical lesson plan (45–60 minutes) Warm-Up (5 min): Quick review game or drill. Goal & Success Criteria (2 min): Clear “Today we will…” statement. Model (8–10 min): Demonstrate with examples and explain steps. Guided Practice (10–12 min): Work through problems together with prompts and feedback. Independent Practice (12–15 min): Student works alone; I observe and help as needed. Mastery Check (3–5 min): Short task to confirm understanding.
