About David
I love seeing my students grow over time because it's something I've experienced firsthand. Embarking on the adventure of a new language can seem exciting, but it has its challenges, difficulties, and intricacies.
I'm always learning new things, both for myself and for my classes; my teaching method is constantly being refined. Born in Spain, I lived in Mexico for love and moved to Canada for business. I consider Spanish to be one of the richest languages we have, constantly evolving, and shaping me into the person I am today.

Trained in humanistic, re-educative, and multidimensional therapy, I focus on the philosophical understanding of language to make it an integral part of the student's life. I combine classes with varied techniques such as conversation, writing, creating creative assignments, grammar, and debate.
I know and am fluent in Spanish from both sides of the Atlantic, having lived in and been part of both cultures, so I can teach you the secondary meanings if you'd like.
I'm a friendly, cheerful person who enjoys humor.
