You can achieve whatever is important to you even when you are experiencing nothing but frustration, stress, and pain.
My life hasn't been easy, but it is through all the difficulties that we are getting stronger and better versions of ourselves. I approach each individual in a holistic way, as every human being on this planet is a unique one, both mentally and physically. My teaching methods tend to be close to the Montessori approach and my tutoring method is accordingly the Biosynthesis system, based also in the CBT, ancient Greek and yoga philosophy and meditation. You will be supported mentally and physically through some simple exercises and meditation activities. You will be able to understand the impact of your thoughts on your emotions and the impact of the second ones on your actions and at last, you will get to manage all of them in order to feel self-centered, grateful for your life and for the power that resides in you and which can make you live a happy, meaningful and balanced life.
